AN AMAZING Staycation!

The location IS PRIME. Staff provided Really good service and were always available. My room was clean and very spacious. I also REALLY appreciated the complementary breakfast each morning, such a GOOD start to the day.
The mini bar prices were slightly high, BUT totally worth it.

The STUDIO ME Plaza de Santa Ana Views included REALLY comfortable beds. A modern bathroom offered a rainfall shower and premium toiletries. A LARGE window provided amazing views of the Plaza de Santa Ana.

faulty thermostatbroken channels
I found a couple of issues with my stay. The room temperature was difficult to control and I could not adjust it from the thermostat. The English channels on the television never worked, except for a channel from Turkey (even after reporting it).

Decent Stay at an Urban Hotel

The location was quite central to many attractions. It made getting around easy. I appreciated the water bottles provided in the room daily. This was a nice touch, especially during a busy travel schedule.
The room I stayed in looked somewhat worn. I observed peeling paint in the entry. The breakfast service felt only adequate. I noticed the coffee machines were often complicated to use.

i loved the breakfast. it was excellent with great food. the staff was friendly and helpful. the location is near everything within walking distance.
the room temperature was sometimes too cool and i was not able to raise it from the thermostat.

I found the location to be convenient. It allowed easy access to many key attractions. The shower facility was GREAT!!! I also appreciated the upgrade to a room on the 5th floor. It came with a lovely view of the square.

the location was central , placing me steps from key attractions. the staff showed genuine care , addressing my requests promptly. i found the well-stocked mini bar quite convenient , especially after long days.
the street noise at night was sometimes noticeable , though not overly disruptive.
